Custom Automation developed a fully featured ground support engine monitoring system for the AlliedSignal Aerospace F124 engine. This engine is currently deployed in the Czech L159 aircraft.  The L159 is a light combat aircraft designed, built, and marketed by Aero Vodochody for the NATO market. The GSU provides engine maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities with the following advanced features:

  • Simplified engine fault isolation assistance
  • Color graphic engine real-time parameter monitoring, with automatic fault activated recording
  • Test cell support, with performance monitoring and Go/No-go indicators
  • Historical data downloading capabilities
  • Configuration upload capabilities
  • Windows 98/NT/2000/XP Operating Systems
  • Fault isolation logic interactively linked with electronic Technical Orders (T.O.'s)
    • L159 aircraft

    The GSU software was developed to USA military standards and is periodically enhanced.
