Custom Automation designed and integrated a fully featured engine maintenance management system (EMMS) for the AlliedSignal Aerospace F124 engine. The system provides advanced engine maintenance management features including:

  • Bi-directional data transfer between EMMS and the Ground Support Unit (GSU)
  • New engine and spare parts tracking
  • Status of tracked engines/modules/parts
  • Inspection/maintenance forecasting and recording
  • Engine build configuration control L159 aircraft

    EMMS supports the Aero Vodochody L159 light attack aircraft for the Czech Air Force.

    EMMS embraces elements of the USAF Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) methodology and terminology, integrated into a state-of-the-art Windows environment. EMMS is designed to support NATO standardized aircraft engine fleets. The EMMS software was developed to USA military standards and is periodically enhanced.
